The DeliverySoCal Earnings Tracker is designed to help drivers monitor and understand their income across any delivery platform—DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Instacart, Amazon Flex, Spark, and even freelance routes. Instead of guessing how much you made in a day or week, this tool keeps everything organized in one place so you can see where your time is paying off.
Here’s how to get started:
1. Make Sure You’re Logged In
To keep your data secure and tied to your account, the tracker only saves entries for logged-in users.
If you’re not signed in, the form will still show but nothing will be saved.
2. Enter Your Daily Earnings
The Earnings Tracker uses a simple, flexible form:
- Select your work date
- Choose your delivery app (or select “Freelance”)
- Enter your total earnings for that session
- Optionally add your miles, hours, trips, and notes
Only date, app, and earnings are required.
Because each app logs differently, you’ll enter one form per app.
Example:
- DoorDash shift → one entry
- Amazon Flex block → one entry
- Uber Eats dinner rush → one entry
This structure allows for accurate comparisons across all platforms.
3. Submit Your Entry
Once you fill in the form, hit Submit.
Your data is stored immediately and securely in your personal database record.
Behind the scenes, the system logs:
- Your user ID
- The date
- The app
- Your earnings
- Any optional metrics you added
This creates clean, structured data for future dashboards and analytics.
4. Track Multiple Apps in a Single Day
Did you work Doordash + Uber Eats + Amazon Flex today?
Just submit the form three times, one for each app.
This method scales effortlessly, allowing side-hustlers and multi-app drivers to see exactly where their income is coming from.
5. Use It With the Earnings Calculator
The tracker and the calculator work together.
Use the calculator to estimate:
- Pay per mile
- Pay per hour
- Total earnings
- Route efficiency
Then, click the upcoming Save My Day button (coming soon), which will pre-fill the Earnings Tracker form for faster entry.
6. Build a Complete Picture of Your Delivery Income
As you add entries, you’ll start to see your true financial patterns:
- Which app pays you best
- Which days are most profitable
- How much you earn per mile and per hour
- Weekly and monthly totals
- How much time you’re really investing
- Where your efficiency is improving
