Requirements: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Determining employee pay entitlements by analyzing personnel documents, including special pay, awards, and travel allowances; 2) Investigating and resolving a variety of pay-related discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely payments; 3) Utilizing computer-based software to process and maintain all pay -related actions; and 4) Conducting audits/reviews of financial reports to identify, correct, and prevent pay-related errors.
