Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or multimedia arts OR three years of experience in graphic design or related field OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of the knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above. Knowledge in applications of layout, print production media and desktop publishing required. Proficiency in the following software is required: Photoshop (advanced), Illustrator (intermediate), InDesign (intermediate) and CMS (advanced), along with strong overall computer skills. Experience with format printers and photography skills is a plus. The position requires excellent creative, written, and verbal communication abilities, along with a solid understanding of conceptualization, layout, typography, grid systems, hierarchy, imagery, and use of space. Must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a clear understanding of the broader vision and client objectives. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45 pounds independently and objects over 45 pounds with assistance. Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
