Requirements: You must meet the requirements listed below to qualify for Management and Program Analyst. Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-13) in the Federal Service. Specialized Experience: applicants must have have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level GS-13 in the Federal Service. Qualifying specialized experience includes: 1) Experience applying quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to evaluate program performance, assess complex management processes, and present findings to senior leadership. 2) Experience interpreting agency policies, regulations, and administrative laws to evaluate program accomplishments and develop recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness. 3) Experience communicating complex administrative and program information, both in writing and orally, to senior leadership and diverse stakeholders through reports, policy documents, and formal presentations.
