Requirements: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band NM-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical and project management oversight; independently analyzing, designing, and/or executing organizational process improvement initiatives; applying knowledge of acquisition/procurement life cycle processes; and contributing to the improvement or correction of C2 system performance.
