Requirements: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing an organization's financial and manpower resources in strict accordance with fiscal laws and regulations; analyzing, interpreting, and reconciling complex financial data and budget proposals to resolve discrepancies, identify trends, and ensure sound planning for both current and future operations; directing a staff in the use of specialized federal Department of the Navy accounting and financial systems to manage the end-to-end "Procure-to-Pay" process, budget tracking, transaction execution/validation, audit compliance, and manage reporting across budget formulation, travel, and timekeeping.
