Requirements: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Apply auditing and analytical methods to evaluate revenue accounting efficiency and compliance policies, procedures, and regulations ; managing budgets, funding appropriations, and procurement actions; leading studies to improve organizational productivity and documenting operational changes; oversee the planning, scheduling, and executing of projects concerned with the analysis and evaluation of program initiatives to meet mission objectives..
