MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT (TR): TR 1: Demonstrated leadership experience leading a complex and geographically dispersed civil aviation organization with national scope responsible for advancing the safety of the national aerospace system through the development of aviation safety standards and Federal regulations.
