Requirements: GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Independent planning, coordination, execution of environmental investigations, quality assurance assessments, comprehensive multi-media compliance inspections across multiple environmental programs AND providing technical direction, guidance on environmental issues/compliance matters to inspected units. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing routine environmental investigations, multi-media compliance inspections across multiple environmental programs AND delivering basic technical guidance/instructions regarding environmental issues/compliance standards to inspected units.
