Requirements: GS12: Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service, or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized Experience must include: 1) Conducting employment discrimination counseling in response to informal complaints raised by employees or applicants who allege discrimination and/or reprisal for engaging in protected Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) activity, in accordance with applicable EEO laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; 2) Analyzing and evaluating information related to EEO complaint activity, workforce demographics, and employment practices to identify systemic barriers to equal employment opportunity; 3) Encouraging the use of and coordinating alternative dispute resolution (ADR) during the informal stage of the EEO complaint process; 4) Processing reasonable accommodation requests in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency procedures; and 5) Supporting affirmative employment initiatives, including preparing reports that analyze demographic data and identify barriers affecting the employment, advancement, and retention of employees and prospective applicants.
