QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To qualify for this position, you must meet the qualification requirements outlined below: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS-15: To be minimally qualified for this position you must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) in the Federal Government. Specialized experience is experience that is related to the work of this position and has provided you with the competencies required for successful job performance. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience serving as a trusted advisor to the executive on administrative, operational, and cross-organizational coordination matters impacting Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and departmental priorities, being the central coordination point between the executive office, external partners and interagency partners on sensitive and high-priority matters, and representing the Chief executive, as appropriate, and represent executive in internal coordination meetings and senior-level discussions focused on execution, alignment, and operational follow-through. Experience with management principles, theories, and practices and their applicability to IRS' programs, functions, objectives, and the development of long-term strategic plans incorporating short-term and long-term goals. Identify operational gaps, process inefficiencies, and coordination challenges; recommend and implement solutions to improve organizational effectiveness, responsiveness, and execution di
