Requirements: At least one (1) year of experience in a hotel, lodging, hospitality, front desk, guest services, customer service, administrative support, or other progressively responsible office work that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the position. Experience must include providing customer service, communicating effectively with the public, utilizing computerized systems or office software, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency using a personal computer and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent), with the ability to learn lodging management and other automated systems. Experience processing credit card transactions, operating a POS system, and performing routine mathematical calculations is required. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships while providing courteous, professional service.
