The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO LEAD OR SUPERVISE: 1) Collaborating with customers and ensuring the maintenance and repair program meets customer needs; 2) Ensuring tasks are issued according to shop codes and for specific Tradesmen labor codes; 3) Reading and interpreting drawings, diagrams, mechanical specifications, stock catalogs, manufacturers' catalogs, and similar publications; 4) Guiding and assisting subordinates in procedures for test and inspection of unfamiliar equipment. **NOTE** This information must be clearly supported in your resume.
