Requirements: Federal experience is not required. Experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector or through Volunteer Service. You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS-13: You must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes: Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to identify and measure program accomplishments, assess progress, evaluate operational processes, revise existing methods, and recommend improvements to program operations. Applying project management principles, methods, and practices to plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor complex projects or studies involving mission requirements, organizational processes, work processes, risk factors, or operational issues affecting program effectiveness. Applying resource management or budgeting methods and techniques to prepare analyses, evaluate program requirements, and provide recommendations related to operational needs or resource considerations. Reviewing and evaluating Criminal Investigation program operations, policies, procedures, processes, or systems to identify operational issues, analyze program effectiveness, and recommend improvements using analytical and evaluative methods and techniques.
