QUALIFICATION REQUIRMENTS: To qualify for this position, you must meet the qualification requirements outlined below: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION GS-11: To be eligible for this position, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service.Specialized experience includes: Experience evaluating a segment or phase of a project or study by gathering, assembling, and analyzing operational information; drawing conclusions; and developing alternatives. Experience preparing draft reports, guidelines, and supporting materials that document findings and recommendations. Experience reviewing program operations and administrative procedures to identify process issues and recommend changes to methods, processes, or procedures. Experience conducting operational reviews, program evaluations, or organizational studies to assess efficiency, productivity, and program results. OR EDUCATION: You may substitute education for specialized experience as follows:A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. OR Three (3) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. OR An LL.M., if related.
