SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS-13: To be eligible for this position, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service.Specialized experience includes: Experience applying analytical and evaluative methods to conduct projects and studies that assess the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations, identify operational trends and deficiencies, document findings, and recommend changes to program methods, processes, and administrative procedures. Experience planning and managing projects and studies; analyzing program, organizational, and human resources information to identify operational problems and factors affecting program performance; and presenting findings, delivering briefings, and addressing disagreements concerning proposed recommendations. AND You must also meet the following requirement(s): TIME AFTER COMPETITIVE APPOINTMENT (TACA): Current civilian employees must have completed at least 90 days of federal civilian service since their latest non-temporary appointment from a competitive referral certificate, known as time after competitive appointment.
