Requirements: Experience GS-14: You qualify for the grade level GS-14 if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Applying advanced COR Level II or III to oversee complex acquisitions, monitor contractor performance, develop and assess cost, schedule, and performance baselines, and support long range planning and budget formulation. Analyzing program and acquisition requirements to develop recommendations, guidance, and documentation that inform management decisions, policies, and acquisition strategies. Monitoring contractor performance on complex contracts, including evaluating compliance with contract terms, technical requirements, and agency goals, and reporting findings to management. Implementing acquisition strategies and program initiatives by applying advanced knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and agency policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
