Experience: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Gathering information on workforce management issues and preparing summaries to assist management officials with program reviews, service improvements, or policy-related actions. Assisting with organizational and workflow reviews by documenting current processes, identifying administrative concerns, and elevating recommended changes for consideration. Communicating with internal program contacts to obtain information, track action items, and support coordination of workforce management improvement activities. Compiling and checking staffing, attrition, position, projected vacancy, and recruitment information to support workforce tracking, backfill planning, and management reporting. Processing or supporting personnel program actions involving employee awards, appraisals, labor-management matters, workers' compensation, or performance management in accordance with established requirements. Experience: You qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Reviewing workforce management processes to identify operational issues, support organizational priorities, and recommend improvements to administrative workflows. Researching personnel program changes, policy requirements, and organizational issues to develop options and recommendations for management consideration. Coordinating with program offices, management officials, workforce management partners, and hiring support offices to support workforce management initiatives and resolve implementation issues.
