Requirements: Experience: You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Providing technical assistance and analytical support to management on workforce management and Human Capital programs, including position management, staffing and placement, performance management, awards, and workers' compensation. Providing guidance and support on employee performance management and awards programs, including analyzing appraisal and award data, monitoring program compliance, and preparing reports for leadership review. Reviewing claim documentation, analyzing trends, advising employees and management on worker's compensation program, and assisting with return-to-work and leave-related determinations. Developing, reviewing, and analyzing workforce management data, reports, and studies to support leadership decision-making and improve program effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance. Assisting leadership with developing and evaluating internal policies, recommending process improvements, and preparing organizational change documentation, including analysis and justification for structural changes.
