Requirements: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NT-05 pay band (GS-13 and GS-14 equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector leading the development and implementation of business planning and analysis strategies to support combat/weapon system program efficiencies and improvement processes.
