Requirements: KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED BY POSITION Must be able to make favorable personal contacts with all levels of staff and management personnel. Must possess knowledge of budgeting, financial management and planning. Must have knowledge of use of computers and a variety of software programs and methods of record keeping. Must possess strong organizational and administrative skills. Must be a positive individual, able to obtain cooperation and assistance from others to meet the mission of MWR. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with others, maintain reports, records and files and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
