Requirements: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience and knowledge of DON Correspondence Manual, Navy Directive Issuance System, and Standard Subject Identification Codes. Experience using United States Postal Regulations. Experience operating a government vehicle to pick up official and personal U.S. Mail. Experience and basic fundamental knowledge of DON pay and personnel records to operate as a Command Pay/Personnel Administrator (CPPA).
