QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To qualify for this position, you must meet the qualification requirements outlined below: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS-14: To be minimally qualified for this position you must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience conducting analytical and evaluative studies using analytical methods and techniques to assess program operations, identify operational issues, evaluate findings, and develop recommendations supporting program objectives and organizational priorities. Experience applying Federal laws, regulations, policies, procedures, precedential guidance, and program requirements to evaluate complex program issues, interpret requirements, and develop recommendations for program implementation and improvement. Experience planning, coordinating, monitoring, and completing project assignments involving multiple stakeholders, integrating project objectives, monitoring project milestones, and preparing recommendations supporting program execution. Experience gathering, validating, analyzing, and consolidating information from multiple sources to evaluate program effectiveness, identify operational trends, develop findings, and prepare reports or briefing materials for management decision-making. Experience evaluating business processes, operating procedures, and program operations to identify process improvements, recommend corrective actions, and support implementation of program initiativ
