SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE FOR GS-13: You must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equal to the GS-12 Grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position include: Experience managing multiple assignments requiring a wide range of knowledge of program oversight; utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods, planning policies and procedures, negotiation techniques, and oral and written communications. Experience utilizing computer applications to prepare written reports, spreadsheets, and flowcharts; knowledge and experience with a range of project management principles, practices, methods, and techniques; experience conducting analysis of issues broad in nature, and/or of strategic importance. Experience developing new approaches and/or refining existing techniques, and/or developing and implementing policies with organizational impact.
