Requirements: Experience GS-13: You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Implementing and monitoring maintenance, repair, and operations programs. Performing analytical studies related to programming, budget planning, financial management, project control, acquisition of supplies and equipment logistics management, security management, staff management, and information technology support. Advising management and other stakeholders on the results and implications of strategic planning studies and analyses and making recommendations for process improvement. Measuring program and project performance, developing data-driven recommendations for improvement, and implementing new program strategies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
