Requirements: In order to qualify, you must meet the eligibility and qualifications requirements as defined below by the closing date of the announcement. Provide course descriptions as necessary. Specialized Experience Requirement: For the GS-07 level: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level. Qualifying specialized experience is defined as one or more of the following: Performed training assignments to gain knowledge of principles and techniques associated with real estate techniques; Assisted with negotiating and preparing realty transaction packages; Researched and extracted real estate ownership data, compiled reports and reviewed simple realty instruments; Received training in land appraisal techniques; Prepared a variety of special use permits from permittees' applications in accordance with manuals, handbooks, and guides; Prepared special use case folders and maintained information in multiple databases. OR One full year of graduate level education related to the position; OR An appropriate combination of graduate level education and specialized experience; OR Superior Academic Achievement (click the link to determine if you are eligible: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-policies/. For the GS-09 level: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level. Qualifying specialized experience is defined as one or more of the following: Assisted higher-level specialists in the administration of more complex special-use authorizations for a variety of activities such as, but not limited to developing special-use permits
