Requirements: Five years' experience that demonstrates management involving planning coordination and directing organizational efforts. An appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above can be substituted for experience. A thorough knowledge of Marine Corps Community Services and ability to analyze trends and make improvements. Experience working within the USMC Command and Staff structure to include Staff processes and planning processes. Experience with MCCS program implementation and MCCS organization. Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with superiors, senior level military personnel, subordinates, peers, and the public. Must have strong oral and written communications skills. Ability to provide leadership and mentor, guide and train subordinate staff. This position has been determined as Non-Critical Sensitive. As a condition of employment, the incumbent must possess or be able to obtain and maintain an Access National Agency Check and Inquiries (T3/ANACI) Secret Clearance to access classified information
