SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS-12: To be eligible for this position at this grade level, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience acquiring, validating, and analyzing information, drawing conclusions, forecasting work, and developing alternatives. Experience with operating programs and the interrelationships among them to perform program analysis. Experience collaborating with top level executives and taxpayers to establish and maintain effective relationships and gain confidence and cooperation. Experience with written and oral communication techniques sufficient to prepare and present findings and recommendations, carry out specific action regarding controversial issues, and develop material for use in public speaking engagements.
