Requirements: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band NM-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing environmental compliance programs involving air quality, industrial wastewater, stormwater, SPCC, hazardous and medical waste; ensuring compliance with federal, state, and/or local environmental regulations and permits (e.g., NPDES, RCRA, EPCRA, APSA) and/or conducting inspections; coordinating spill response and corrective actions, advising leadership on environmental compliance requirements and regulatory reporting.
