Requirements: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, coordinating, and executing unit-level training events in collaboration with diverse stakeholders; Familiarity with military training simulations, modeling concepts, or virtual training methodologies; Operating and troubleshooting training simulation systems, including identifying system performance issues; and modifying training scenarios based on feedback from users, instructors, or students to meet training objectives.
