SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the next lower level within the payband (IR-05) or GS grade (GS-13) in the normal line of progression in the Federal service that demonstrates the required managerial skills and technical competence required to perform the job. To be qualified for this position your experience must include: Experience planning and coordinating research projects, analytical studies, and compliance analyses supporting organizational priorities, strategic initiatives, and executive decision-making. Experience developing project plans, research methodologies, milestones, and evaluation strategies to accomplish program objectives and monitor project outcomes. Experience conducting program and process analyses to identify operational issues, evaluate organizational performance, and recommend business process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness. Experience preparing executive briefings, technical reports, research summaries, and recommendations that communicate analytical findings and support management decisions. Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple organizations, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders, and resolving complex program issues affecting organizational objectives.
