Requirements: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Planning and programming infrastructure life-cycle management projects at an installation level. Implementing comprehensive utility and energy management programs, including project development, budget, energy conservation and consumption.
