QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To qualify for this position you must meet the qualification requirements outlined below: GS-11 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equal to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Managing assignments that required a workable knowledge of program oversight. Utilizing quantitative and qualitative techniques and applying analytical and evaluative techniques to projects or studies involving the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations or substantive administrative support functions. Applying verbal and written communications such as preparing analytical reports, policy statements and guidance, implementation plans, and presentations. OR You may substitute education for specialized experience as follows: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a related field of study from an accredited college or university, OR three (3) full academic years of progressively higher-level graduate education in a related field of study from an accredited college or university, OR LL.M., if related. OR You may qualify with one year of combined experience and education as described above.
