To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CG-14 level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as applying examination procedures to improve examination-related tools; providing authoritative guidance to examiners and stakeholders; and leading or participating in modernization efforts as a technical expert involving multiple stakeholders. The incumbent must be a commissioned FDIC Financial Institution Examiner (Compliance) or hold a Consumer Compliance Examiner
