Requirements: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing expert advisory and technical services to senior level leadership, line managers, and supervisors on a broad range of complex and controversial classification issues; 2) Serving as an expert adviser on planning and implementing reorganizations that may have command wide impact, 3) Interpreting and explaining position classification laws, regulations, standards, Office of Personnel Management (OPM)/Department of Defense (DOD) directives and third party findings.
